Most people seem to think it means travelling, partying, avoiding responsibility etc. Is that really the fullest life you can live?

Laying in bed sharing philosophies of life with someone you can be vulnerable around without having it used against you.Watching my son mature into a man.Knowing death only to make life more attractive.Having someone relate to our music when we play a gig.These are a few of the things I believe made my life fuller

Secondly, the fullest is a horrible judgment to make of another person's life. I could suggest, for example, that you are not living your life to the fullest. Even with polite wording, it is a "put down" of the choices that another person makes. It is a "put down" of the outcomes that a person might have to deal with.
