    Best football …
Best football player to come out of UCLA since Troy Aikman retired. I remember back, about 13 years ago, in his last season at UCLA. He was a senior, and he was on the team that went to the Aloha bowl. USC was headed to the rose bowl, but when UCLA played USC that year, UCLA’s star running back Karim Abdul-Jabbar was injured. Yet Jonathan Ogden was one of the big reasons UCLA beat USC that year. That’s when I knew that this guy was going to be good in the NFL.

    This guy is the …
This guy is the very definition of class act. Everyone knows he’s a talented athlete, but he’s managed to stay out of the clubs, out of the strip bars, out of jail, and out of trouble. He’s kept himself clean, remained faithful to his family, and is walking away not only proud of a stellar statistical accomplishment, but proud of the example he has set to others. Without a doubt, he was the Cal Ripken of professional football. We will miss seeing him suit up.
